If you come for a visit to Cartier Mansion, you need to make a stop at House of Flavors to taste Michigan's Best Ice Cream!
In 1948, the Neal family purchased an existing dairy to begin a full-fledged dairy operation. Over the next several years, their ice cream was such a hit that they decided to focus solely on the sweet, creamy dessert. In 1964, they made it official by changing the company name from Park Dairy to House of Flavors.
Today, they run one of the largest creamery operations in the state of Michigan and produce over twenty five million gallons of ice cream annually. Come on by and try a taste of what House of Flavors is famous for.
