Our menu depends largely on what fresh foods are available, and you can always count on enough to eat! Each breakfast starts with one of our "sippers"—a whimsical way to cleanse your palate. Next, you'll enjoy a starter, such as our signature Baked Oatmeal Bananas Foster or Ancient Grains with Cognac Braised Pears. The main course is typically an egg dish, perhaps a Caramelized Onion and Shallot Gruyere Strata or Eggs Pepin. And we're proud to offer locally produced hardwood smoked bacon, or our "soon to be famous" 21-spice sausage that is ground and seasoned in-house.

Please join us starting Memorial Day weekend-Labor Day weekend for our daily Beverage and a Bite gathering. Each afternoon between 4:30 pm-5:30 pm we will serve a complimentary beverage with a small bite pairing to enjoy as you get to know the owners and other guests staying at Cartier Manion.
