AE Cartier Suite

Named for Antoine and Eliza Cartier, the original owners and overlooking Ludington Avenue, this design elements with plenty of natural light. A lovely second-floor suite located in The Ludington House, it features the original marble fireplace, a soaking tub for two, a private bathroom with shower, and a very comfortable queen bed make your stay even more special.

The Corner Room

Our beautiful second-floor Corner Room includes a wonderful claw-foot tub with a shower surround that will make you feel like you are living in Victorian times with modern conveniences. Lots of natural light, a King bed, smart TV, and Keurig coffeemaker complete the experience.

The Drafting Room

Go back in time to Autumn 1903 to join Scheurmann's architects, watching the iconic Cartier Mansion being built across the street. This room is filled with original blueprints and elements from the mansion's construction. A King bed, smart TV, Keurig coffee maker, and walk-in shower complete your stay.

The Heritage Room

Filled with pictures of the Cartiers and calling on the vibrant history of the family that helped build Ludington, the Heritage Room is delightful. Tucked away on the second floor with views of the garden, this spacious room has a King bed, desk, large smart TV, Keurig coffee maker, and electric fireplace. A tiled walk-in rain shower will make your stay a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

The Nautical Suite

Privately situated in the second floor addition to the house, this suite has windows on three sides with views of the garden and Lavinia St, a whirlpool bathtub for two, smart TV, Keurig coffee maker, electric fireplace, Queen bed and an extra-large shower.

The Beach Lake Room

This third floor room offers you two Queen beds with plenty of space for people traveling together. Upholstered chairs with a spiral and floral design welcome guests to sit and relax. Just outside your door, find a well-stocked coffee bar with snacks. An en-suite walk-in shower and oversized vanity provide plenty of room for you.

The Skylight Room

A unique experience awaits you in this quaint, third-floor bedroom. The claw-foot tub with a hand-held shower is truly relaxing after a long day of shopping or cross-country skiing. A skylight window floods the room with sunlight during the day.

The Nook

This charming room with private bath and shower on the third floor awaits you. The white, wrought iron Queen bed and Comphy bedding ensure a good night’s sleep.
